The Raskin Report

Raskin-Seatown.jpgTom Douglas's Seatown Seabar and Rotisserie has reopened its take-out counter and scaled back the offerings a bit, reports Hanna Raskin. Last summer the Market-adjacent space did full meals, but now the counter specializes in "whole and half chickens, porchetta by the pound, and a pair of sandwiches." Oh, and the retail area has even more Tom Douglas rubs and products for your purchasing pleasure. [Seattle Weekly]
