Tom Douglas's Seatown Seabar and Rotisserie has reopened its take-out counter and scaled back the offerings a bit, reports Hanna Raskin. Oh, and the retail area has even more Tom Douglas rubs and products for your purchasing pleasure. [Seattle Weekly]
