More Details on Lucky 8 Opening this Fall at 14th & Union

Lucky 8, the Chinese restaurant going in next door to Oola Distillery at 14th and Union, is targeting an October open, the same month as another, more upscale Capitol Hill Chinese restaurant project. As promised, Jess Voelker has more details on the menus (one Americanized, a second less so) and...delivery!

A local chef has committed to the project, but the name, for now, remains a mystery. Speaking of mysteries, there's also the small matter of the 2400-square-foot space left to lease in Oola's facility, the former La Panzanella building.
