The enterprising folk at the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board has concocted 10 city-themed cheeseburger recipes, and La Raskin is here to dissect the Seattle version. Our cheeseburger is a bit fancier than other cities', and features brie, pinot-glazed foraged mushrooms, sautéed onions; wild watercress; arugula and coffee-spiked mayonnaise. What, no salmon?
