Since Eater was offline yesterday, let's just quickly get up to speed. As rumored, Scott Staples officially signed the lease on the remaining space in the same building as Capitol Hill's Oola Distillery. Restaurant Zoe is moving up there, and, also as rumored, Brian McCracken and Dana Tough made official their plans to move into Zoe's current Belltown space. Then there's the small matter of Jamie Boudreau's long-awaited new bar Canon going into the Licorous space. No doubt more developments will unfold on all fronts in the coming weeks.
