In its weekly food+drink update, Capitol Hill Seattle blog says Ba Bar will open its doors on Thursday. The latest project from Eric Banh will open at 7 a.m. for coffee and breakfast, then morph into a noodle bar and street food-style menu, adding cocktails at night. Banh has some specific thoughts on what types of rice will and won't be on the menu. [CHS]
