The team that spirited chef Shannon Galusha away from Bastille tells Glenn Drosendahl that their first restaurant will open September 26 at Kent Station. Classic Concepts Group is planning a fast-paced expansion that includes a location in South Lake Union (announcement to happen in the next few weeks) and then, perhaps, Gig Harbor. The group is partly owned by Jeff Chandler, who previously co-owned the Ram Restaurant & Brewery group. [PSBJ]
