Judging from his Twitter feed, Il Corvo pasta guy Mike Easton was doing a little butchering last night. He and a few friends, including Miles James of the upcoming Dot's Delicatessen, broke down 600 pounds of pig, but no word on how much wine was consumed. Eater is confident that the former Bizarro Italian Cafe owner and Lecosho sous chef wasn't wielding those giant cleavers while intoxicated, but let's hope Easton watches his fingers all the same. The happy result of all this butchering: some Italian sausage and plenty more pork products to come.
