Tomorrow the City Council's Committee on the Built Environment will likely vote on the proposed overhaul of city street food ordinances that's been floating around Seattle for the better part of a year. The new rules would, among other things, establish curbside food truck zones in busy commercial areas, and Chris Werner says things look promising.
