Farewell Fried Chicken at Spring Hill

Spring-Hill-Interior-QL.jpgLast night, West Seattle destination restaurant Spring Hill served its last Monday night fried chicken dinner. The family-style meals began as a spaghetti and meatball affair, eventually morphing into fried chicken dinners that required reservations weeks, honestly, months, in advance. Marjorie Chang Fuller, co-owner and wife of chef Mark Fuller, says Spring Hill will still be open on Mondays, serving the regular dinner menu. She was awfully coy when asked about having anything new in the works, saying only to "stay tuned." [Seattle Weekly, EaterWire]
