Today the Seattle City Council is expected to take up the street food proposal that scored unanimous committee approval last week. Freddy Rivas, owner of the Rancho Bravo taco empire and an outspoken opponent, says he's concerned about food trucks parking by his restaurant and offering the same menu at a lower price.
