Mayor McGinn will be signing the street food changes into law at a ceremony (hopefully a tented one) at 11 a.m. Appropriately enough, he's doing it at the Seattle Parks Foundation's mobile chowdown running at South Lake Union from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lots of the biggies, including Skillet, Where Ya At Matt, and Maximus Minimus will be there.
