Ballard Brothers Seafood & Burgers won the prize for best entree at last weekend's Bite of Seattle expo. Drew Greer, the owner, tells My Ballard that the winning wild Cajun blackened salmon slider is a smaller version of a sandwich they have served since 1987. Other notable winners include Pho Cyclo Cafe for Asian fried ribs, Green Leaf for their spring rolls and local chain Chutney's for their cilantro salmon. [My Ballard]
