Looks like Pike Street Fish Fry will soon be sharing its fish and chips turf. Capitol Hill Seattle blog says that Five Fish Bistro, the restaurant that's replacing the relocating UPS store on Broadway, will be a fish and chip shop. It will serve, as the name implies, five featured fish a day.
Owner Garnet Alexa Pitre worked most recently at the Westin's Coldwater Bar & Grill. The Bistro is targeting a mid-fall opening, as are nearby projects Bako and Nathan Lockwood's forthcoming restaurant Altura. Looks like a busy fall on Broadway.
