Fremont meat destination Dot's Delicatessen has pushed back its opening until Monday, August 1. The culprit ? issues with the gas line. Owner Miles James was hoping to open this week, but as he notes, cooking without a gas hookup is a tad difficult.
When Dot's finally does open, get ready for charcuterie, sandwiches, pates, terrines and, of course, plenty of sausages. Davis previously ran the popular Seattle Sausage Company cart.
