Come again? BJC says Pop Kitchen + Bar executive chef Cameo McRoberts has left the building, just three weeks after the restaurant opened. Her sous chef Christopher Sprague is out as well. Stepping in to lead the kitchen are Rebecca Cameron and Susan Holt, who developed the menu and have been with the project from the beginning.
