Jess Voelker says that Pioneer Square cheesesteakery Calozzi's is expanding into pizzeria territory. Philly native Al Calozzi took over the former Utilikilts space and is planning hand-tossed pies made with water imported from Pennsylvania and its environs and meats from neighboring Salumi.
