BALLARD—The Totem House's signature totem pole has returned from a major refurbishing, courtesy of artist and Makah Tribe member Greg Colfax. The 75-year-old pole was restored as part of Red Mill Burgers owners John and Babe Shepherd's plans to turn the space into fish and chips shop Red Mill Totem House; doors open next month.
