Apparently the team at Wild Ginger "can't sell fried rice in Seattle to save our lives." The Bellevue location does a brisk trade in the dish, but "10 years of history" show Seattle diners have no interest. The restaurant isn't clear whether diners in the 206 are more health conscious, or just think fried rice sounds boring. [Seattle Weekly]
