CAPITOL HILL—Pike Street Mexican food phenom Poquitos has re-tooled its happy hour to include early and late options daily. The early action happens from 4-6 p.m. and includes food and drink specials. Late night runs from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. and is food specials only.
