Chow Foods will introduce a Gluten Free Menu at its three Seattle restaurants: Endolyne Joe's, 5 Spot, and The Hi-Life. Peter Levy, Chow's owner, elects to promote this new menu in an understated way: "Gluten-free bread is, in my mind, not a prize product to consume." On the plus side, "It's edible." [Voracious]
