In tragic news for lovers of fine cuisine, ours is one of the last regions in the nation to get the Cheesecake Factory's new low-calorie menu. The chain tells Hanna Raskin that corporate trainers must spend a week at each restaurant to lead the rollout of the new "SkinnyLicious" menu and for whatever reason, Health-conscious Seattle is one of nine cities that's last on the staggered schedule.
