CAPITOL HILL—Sunday is the second 12th Avenue Neighborhood Festival, celebrating one of the city's major corridors of bars and restaurants. Participants include Skillet Diner, The Local Vine, Barrio, Caffe Vita, Boom Noodle, Ambassel, La Spiga, High 5 Pie, Bluebird, Poquitos, Caffe Pettirosso, Cafe Presse, Zobel, Plum and Tavern Law, dishing out food and drinks at $5 or less. More info here. If you like your restaurant-heavy neighborhood festivals more up-and-coming, South Lake Union's block party is Friday. [EaterWire]
