Bravo has made the shocking revelation that the new season of Top Chef is, indeed, set in Texas. Gosh, if only we'd had an inkling any of this was happening. Chefs Emeril Lagasse and the cheerfully unibrowed Hugh Acheson will be coming on as judges. It's pretty much guaranteed that Padma will sport some sort of saucy cowboy hat, but any bets on whether the producers can wrestle one onto Tom? Maybe just a neckerchief? [Eater National]
