Seattle Mag's Cody Ellerd Bay checks in on Henry and Oscar's, the supper club project from Big Picture founder Mark Stern and his wife Katie. The Belltown space, says Stern, will recall the heyday of glamorous spots like Toots Shor's in New York and Chicago's Pump Room.
