Hanna Raskin's latest mealtime destination: the cafeterias at Seattle University and Seattle Pacific University. She's far more impressed with Seattle U, where half the ingredients must be sourced within 150 miles. Here Raskin finds some "pretty terrific" fare that even adults would enjoy.
