Seattle Weekly editor Mike Seely ventures to Zig Zag Cafe to determine whether Murray Stenson's departure has really scattered the crowds at Seattle's lauded cocktail destination. His conclusion: "Bullshit." Things aren't quite as crazy, says Seely, but "the Zig Zag feels more like itself when it's not bursting at the seams with hipster thrill seekers." The bar "remains as experimental as any in town," and lead bartender Erik Hakkinen his team "are pretty goddamn great at what they do." [Seattle Weekly]
