Little Uncle Expands Hours; Italian Spaghetti House Sold

CAPITOL HILL—Yesterday, Thai eatery Little Uncle expanded their hours and will now be open from 11 am to 7 pm Tuesdays thru Fridays. They also have Square and will process credit card transactions above $10 for no fee. [EaterWire]

LAKE CITYThe Italian Spaghetti House has been sold to lawyer/entrepreneur Joe Brotherton for $1.2 million, says The Seattle Times. The 55-year-old Lake City landmark has been closed for the past year. Brotherton bought the property from the Andolfi family and would like to see a restaurant in the space. [Seattle Times]

FREMONT—Self serve frozen yogurt shop Cool Whirled has closed says Fremont Universe. The space is currently available for rent at $4500 per month. [Fremont Universe]
