Garnet Pitre's Five Fish Bistro opens today for lunch at 11 am. We just confirmed the details with the restaurant. Befitting its name, the menu will rotate among five different fried fish. Today's selection will include cod, salmon, and catfish. We're excited that they will use peanut oil(which Pike Street Fish Fry no longer uses for its frying). Menu prices top off at $15.

As well, Five Fish will offer seafood(prawns and oysters) and chips. Five Fish's Chef will be Dominic Shepard, who has previously headed kitchens at J.J. Fish House and Taprock Northwest Grill, both in Poulsbo, WA. For booze, they will offer wine on tap as well as Manny's and Mac n' Jack. This is a Pitre family-owned and operated enterprise, so expect to see some relatives if you stop by today.

Five Fish Bistro serve both lunch and dinner daily and will be closed on Mondays. They currently expect to be open 11 am to 9 pm every day and til 10 pm on Saturdays.
