One of the most eagerly anticipated openings of 2012 is Greg Atkinson's Restaurant Marché on Bainbridge Island, and Atkinson tells us that he plans to open March 17th. His plan is to open for lunch and dinner Tuesday thru Saturday for the first year. One item that we know Atkinson, formerly of Canlis, will definitely have on Marché's menu -- is the Salade Lyonnaise. Last week, he went on KUOW to explain how Portland's Nostrana helped him break the tyranny of the chicken caesar salad.
