Those pulling all nighters now have another option to caffeinate themselves with the opening of Tea Republik on the Ave. Anton Lim, Tea Republik's owner, sends word that they are open to the public now but plan to have a grand opening on Monday, January 23rd. Lim says that drinks will be $1 all day on Monday. The tea shop is catholic in its offerings: artisan, green, black, white, herbal, rooibos, fruit tea, and so on. Lin says that they have WiFi and encourage "young artists, musicians, and/or entertainers who are willing to make name for themselves to perform in our store." If the faux tudor looks familiar, this was ramen shop Lounjin's old address.
