Best Restaurant in the World Noma's pastry chef Rosio Sanchez has been spending her time at Top Pot Doughnuts, since she flew into town last week. What could she be doing? Developing new flavors, tinkering with Top Pot doughnut recipes? She recently tweeted to Poppy's former pastry chef Dana Cree(who now works in Denmark): "Sanchie misses cph[Copenhagen] and her peeps... But the lab is very cool!" A doughnut lab . . . intrigulating." [@rosiosnchz]
Update: All our speculation is for naught. Sanchez tells us on Twitter, "no no, just was enjoying them." We're now thinking Sanchez may be spending some time over at Modernist Cuisine's lab.
