Marination Ma Kai Now Open in West Seattle

America's favorite food truck, Marination Mobile has found a permanent home in Alki. Marination Ma Kai is the second fixed location for the Korean/Hawaiian food truck. The other bricks 'n mortar outpost, Marination Station, is located on Capitol Hill. Marination won the concessionaire contract to operate at the city-owned Seacrest Boathouse late last year. After some initial neighborhood controversy and extended permitting process, Marination began serving its full menu including hot breakfast sandwiches, boozy shave ice, and fish 'n chips last week. Marination Ma Kai is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to "late" on weekends.
