Joule Reopens Tonight in New Fremont Home

Joule is one of Eater's most eagerly anticipated openings of the season, and we're happy to report that Seattle's long collective nightmare is over: Joule opens for dinner tonight. Note that the kitchen has been brought into the restaurant, as with Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi's other restaurant Revel. The focus at the new Joule is beef, drawing on Yang's Korean roots to fashion a steakhouse. This weekend, Joule's brunch service begins:

We are really excited to bring our Urban BBQ format. Our communal table will be filled with dishes like rotating selection of cheese, brunch pickles, sweet and savory pastries, fruit, a couple different salad and more. You will have a choice of hot dishes coming from the kitchen: sweet items like buckwheat pancake with cherry chutney and walnut to savory items like oatmeal stuffed porchetta with sweet chili rub. Only 40 seats at the new location, and they will fill up fast. Get on it. · All Joule Coverage on Eater Seattle [-ESEA-]
