Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi's acclaimed French/Korean restaurant Joule plans to open at The Fremont Collective later this month.
Meanwhile, its old space on Wallingford's main drag, will be taken over by Dozo Yoroshiku, a new yakitori spot (think grilled chicken and other meats on skewers) reports Wallyhood. Yoroshiku loosely translates as "Nice to See/Meet You." The owners hope to open in mid-October and will not offer sushi.
