Japanese ramen chain Kukai will open an outlet in Bellevue, says Seattle Weekly's Hanna Raskin. Co-franchisees Nuri Ayindel and Brandon Ting convinced the Japanese ramen chain famous for it broth to allow an outpost here in Puget Sound.
