Chris Fletcher Running the Show at Cal's Classic

Bastille alum Shannon Galusha is moving on from the two locations of Cal's Classic American Kitchen, which he helped launch, and his former right hand man Chris Fletcher is stepping up to take his place. The Seattle Met reports that Galusha is now the corporate culinary director at Columbia Hospitality, and Fletcher hopes to "strengthen Cal's identity" and elevate the level of cooking at the two restaurants. The native Brit plans on adding liver and onions to the menu as well as some more offal in the coming weeks.
