Simon Zatyrka has left Cutter's for the chef job at KORAL Bar & Kitchen in Bellevue. Zatyrka, who headed up the kitchen during the recent remodel/transition from Cutter's Bayhouse to Crabhouse has also worked at Bouchon in Santa Barbara, Pinot in Los Angeles and Whist at the Viceroy in Santa Monica.
