SOUTH LAKE UNIONOne of the most hyped restaurants to hit Seattle is opening on Monday, so says Nosh Pit News. Chef/owner Meeru Dhalwala is opening the 72-seat modern Indian restaurant, Shanik, near the Amazon campus in South Lake Union (where everything is near the Amazon campus).
