Top Chef Season 10 set in Seattle premieres this Wednesday, November 7, and Bravo has released ten minutes worth of footage from the first episode. As with the first episode of last season in Texas (a/k/a the Seattle massacre), invited chefs must earn their way to Seattle to become actual cheftestapants. Watch San Francisco chef Lizzie Binder coo, "Tom is a very tough judge. Also he's gorgeous, he's got lovely beautiful blue eyes. Can you say that about the judge?" While Tom Coliccio auditions the contestants on their butchery skills in Los Angeles, judge Emeril Lagasse tests contestants on their soup making skills in Las Vegas.
