Jason Franey from Canlis and Lark's Jon Sundstrom will take (a pig a)part in the next Cochon 555 tour, coming to Seattle March 17. Sundstrom, if you recall, took the 2011 crown—the same year Franey was a judge. Who the other three chefs will be is still unknown, as are the wineries. And the location.
The annual pork event that pairs 5 chefs, 5 pigs and 5 wineries is adding a few new tricks this year, including a Tartare Bar and a cocktail competition. If you want to plunk down $125 to attend the event, you can head on over to Cochon's official website. [EaterWire]
