Miss Mike Easton's Il Corvo? Yeah, we all do. The pasta pride of Seattle is opening the doors to his new space January 7, but before that, he'll be cooking several dinners on New Year's Eve; a sort of soft-opening before officially opening to the public.
Easton is currently prepping the old BuiltBurger space in Pioneer Square—a much larger space that will allow him a charcuterie program, as well as special dinners at his whim.
Get your reservations now for New Year's Eve. Like, right now. Seating is expected to sell out about as fast as Easton's last bowl of pasta at Procopio. [Seattle Met]
