360's Leventhal Brings On Two New Cooks

Chef Robin Leventhal is tightening up her staff at Local 360 by hiring two new cooks to help her kitchen revamping efforts: Dylan Reboulet, the former sous chef at Cafe Flora and Kelly Connor from Stopsky's' (which, if you recall, unceremoniously "parted ways" with her back in 2011). Leventhal says he was basically running the show over there. She snatched him up just last week.

Reboulet replaces 360 sous Nick Novello, who left to go to work at Toulouse Petit.

"The morale has improved so much and I found my groove and I have good relationships with staff. We're upholding standards, we're following recipes, we're getting our act together. It doesn't mean things are perfect yet, but I'm finally feeling like it's a good happy place."
