Which billionaire dined at which Capitol Hill hotspot? Bill Gates opted for modern, upscale steakhouse Manhattan Drugs, while Paul Allen chose the more casual Vietnamese street food at Ba Bar. How do we know? Ba Bar posted on their Facebook page Saturday night, "Microsoft's Mr. Paul Allen just left the building."
