Regent Bakery & Cafe is now open in the large corner space vacated by Online Espresso Company nearly a year ago, says Capitol Hill Seattle. After reading about it on CHS, we swung by the just opened venue and spoke to co-owner Chris Loh about the family-owned Chinese restaurant. Though the name says otherwise, Loh confirmed to us that Regent will serve lunch, dinner, and has a full bar. For a peek at the savory offerings, here is a portion of what Regent will serve. Their current hours of operation are 11 am to midnight. Expect those hours to change, as the Loh family figures out the new neighborhood.
By the way, we did confirm with Valve that a Regent cake in Redmond inspired the Portal cake.
