C.S. Finnegan's Irish House Opened on St. Patrick's Day

The folks behind West Seattle's The Celtic Swell send word that their Belltown spot C.S. Finnegan’s Irish House opened on St. Patrick's Day. The food and drink will be identical to Celtic Swell, a rep tells us. Gareth Hughes, owner of both establishments, opened the new spot due to customer demand: "Growing up in Ireland, the tradition of having a 'local' pub to spend time in, have a beer, enjoy a meal and hang out with friends is a long-time tradition. It was my dream to create this atmosphere in West Seattle, where I live. After years of getting the question ‘When are you opening your next one?’, we are thrilled to be bringing a truly authentic Irish pub to the Belltown neighborhood."
