Elliott Bay Brewing Company's long-waited Lake City brewpub opens on March 26th at 11 am says Washington Beer Blog. Elliot Bay has rustled up quite the talent for the new brewpub with former Big Time Brewery's head brewer Bill Jenkins manning the brewery operations and former Tom Douglas beer czar and sous chef Warren Peterson in the kitchen. This is Elliott Bay's third Seattle location, with existing outposts located in Burien and West Seattle. [WBB]
