Caffe Vita in New York

2012_3_caffevita.jpgNew York Times' coffee guy Oliver Strand says that Caffe Vita is finally open in the "Little Seattle" section of Manhattan, over a year after its arrival was first announced. Vita will be the first out-of-town roaster to roast in Manhattan. It will open in the Silver Lake district of Los Angeles this spring and is planning another New York spot in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Via Tribunali is expected to open adjacent to Caffe Vita any day now. [NYT via Eater New York]
