When Is a Trailer, Not a Trailer?; Magnolia Goes Modern

Without further ado, we present the latest and greatest from our sister site, Curbed Seattle.

SHORELINE -- If a something looks like a trailer and feels like a trailer, isn't it safe to say that it is, indeed, a trailer? Not today, my friend. Though this lofted, trailer-specific rectangular home certainly has the makings of one (sans wheels), this house is, well, a house, complete with two bedrooms and a carport. But we're not quite sure if the novelty of having a not-technically-a-trailer trailer is worth that commute...

MAGNOLIA -- Get down with your modern self, Magnolia! ALCOVA Architecture created this new kid on the block, and this 2012 home is already turning heads. But be ready to dish out some serious cash -- about $1.6 million. Lesson learned: modernity is pretty but doesn't come cheap.

ON THE INTERWEBS -- Attention class, the History of Real Estate 101 has commenced. But don't worry, Movoto has made sure that it's a short one, complete with short sentences and tons of pictures. Brief and informative, just the way we like it.
