Mistral Kitchen has recruited Matt Bailey to take over their vacant bar manager position. Most recently at Venik Lounge, Bailey has honed his bartending skills at notable Seattle cocktail spots such as Liberty, Barrio, and Needle and Thread(the speakeasy part of Tavern Law).
Bailey rolled out a new $12 spring cocktail menu sporting familiar ones such as a Moscow Mule to more exotic concoctions such as the Albertine Variation. You can sample one of these new cocktails at Mistral Kitchen's daily happy hour(runs from 4 to 6:30) for $8.
