Ethan Stowell's Ballard Pizza Company Opens Next Week

Heyo! Ethan Stowell's eagerly anticipated pizza shop Ballard Pizza Company opens next week. Stay tuned for the exact date. This is the first restaurant to open under Grubb Brothers Productions, the fast casual line of restaurants Stowell told Eater about last summer. Ballard Pizza Company's menu will feature thin crust pizza, salads, pasta, gnocchi, and specials made with local and natural ingredients. Pizza will be available by the slice or as a pie and can be eaten in or taken to go. Delivery service will begin in June. Hours of operation will be daily from 11am to 11pm and until 3am on Friday and Saturday.
